Style Containers
Our smaller
case style containers provide efficient
packaging of delicate or valuable items
for shipment or storage. These
containers are generally top opening,
and a foam gasket can be placed between
the lid and base sections. The lid can
be secured to the base with lockable
link locks. The containers can be
fitted with internal foam saddles to
cradle and cushion contents. Nylon web
or metal handles can be added to
facilitate carrying. |

Knock-Down Containers
The
interlocking design used in some of our
containers makes them remarkably
flexible. When the container is not in
use, it can be knocked down to
approximately one-fifth its assembled
volume. This allows for easy, efficient
storage or return shipment of the
container. When the container is
needed, it can be reassembled by one
person in less than a minute, and be
immediately ready for use. With no
restraints, the container can be filled
and moved around the warehouse with a
forklift or pallet jack. Only when the
container leaves the warehouse should it
be banded with steel, or plastic
strapping.

Customized Containers
We're happy
to be able to offer to design custom
containers to meet your specific
application. Though we specialize in
knockdown and case style containers made
from plywood, we can design and
manufacture any type of wooden
packaging.
Send us your drawings, or give us the
critical Inside Dimensions (ID) or
Outside Dimensions (OD) of your required
container, as well as the weight of the
contents. If necessary, we will come to
your facility to study your requirements
further.

Agricultural Bins
We
specialize in Agricultural Bins for
field and warehouse use. We have
manufactured Pecan Boxes, Onion Boxes,
and Sweet Potato Boxes. All
agricultural bins are made according to
specific customer requirements.
Bins are constructed from hardwood
lumber. They can be designed to be
stackable, with two or four way entry.

Military
Mobilization -
Our General Supply
Containers are designed for storage and
shipment of supplies and administrative
type gear. Some of the containers are
knock-down containers and can be
disassembled when not in use, and then
quickly and easily reassembled when
needed.
The basic shipping containers are
manufactured in 52 cube, 29 cube, and 6
cube sizes. The 52 cube and 29 cube
(knock-down configuration) come with
optional shelves which facilitate the
establishment of a supply warehouse.
The 6 cube and publications container
(set-up configuration only) are
extremely durable and can be used as bin
storage to establish a supply issue
point.

Our weapons containers provide efficient
stowage of weapons for shipment or
storage. All of the weapons containers
are top opening, case style. The lid is
secured to the base with lockable link
locks. Some of the containers are
designed with internal foam saddles to
cradle and cushion weapons.
When possible, the containers are
designed to conform to commercial
airline baggage claim weight
requirements. The weapons will be
completely safe inside our containers
during typical airline handling.
